Chapter 6 Highlights

As we conclude Section 2 of the Discipleship Manual we are going to focus on Family Devotions.

I really appreciate the practical counsel in this chapter. Here is a summary of the the thoughts in this chapter.

1. Have fixed times for family worship, in the morning and evening.
2. The "Houseband" should take the lead. If he is not able the mother should lead out.
3. It should be short and interesting to keep everyones attention.
4. We should not be governed by circumstances (like guests or traveling) to keep us from this special time.

There is a great 10-15 sample worship in the book.
