Stop Waiting: God's Urgent Call to Young Leaders

"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." — 1 Timothy 4:12 (NIV)

(You are not the church of tomorrow; you are the leaders of today.)

If you are young today, God expects big things from you. Why? Because you live in a time of incredible access to information and truth. You have the tools and the knowledge, and God wants you to use them right now.

The world is full of confusion, bad ideas, and superstition. Your job is to step up and help clear away the error that is clouding people’s minds. This is your active role: to share God's clear truth.

 God calls you to a high standard of success and usefulness. To get there, you need to be disciplined:

1. Be a Lifelong Learner: You must actively gather all the knowledge and experience you can. Treat every opportunity to learn—in school, work, and life—as something precious.

2. Take Responsibility: God holds you accountable for the chances and opportunities He has given you. The work is ready, and it needs your energy now.

When you fully commit your mind and heart to God’s service, you can become incredibly effective.

Here’s the powerful warning: If you choose to do less than your best—if you refuse to use your God-given opportunities—it's like betraying God. It means you failed to work for the good of people by withholding the light you were meant to shine.

How do you start?

- Make God's Word Your Guide: Show others how important it is to follow the Bible and keep God’s commandments.

- Show, Don't Just Tell: Let your actions and your life be the proof that salvation and a good life come only through obeying God's Word.

If you commit to doing everything you can, you will be a huge blessing to others. And the amazing part? As you work, new doors and bigger opportunities will open up for you to do even more.
