May 27: The Restoration of the Inheritance

Scripture: "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds... I will bring back the captivity of Jacob’s tents and have mercy on his dwelling places." — Jeremiah 30:17-18

Sin "robbed" us of our "Plan A" inheritance—the "Earth made new" and "unbroken fellowship." We became "captives" in a "foreign land." But God’s "Plan B" is the "Restoration of the Inheritance." He is "bringing back the captivity" and "restoring the dwellings." We are "returning to our Home."

The "Truth of the Return" is that we are "Heirs of God." Our "inheritance" is "reserved in heaven" and is "fadeless." His "Plan B" is to "re-possess" what was "lost" and to "give it back" to His "children." This is the "Justice of Love" in "Final Restoration."

"Mercy on the dwelling places" includes our "current homes." God wants to "bring peace" to our "tents" and "healing" to our "wounds." By "centering our homes on Christ," we are "experiencing a foretaste" of our "Eternal Inheritance." This is the "Plan B" of "Heaven on Earth."

Don't live like a "dispossessed person" today. Remember your "Inheritance." You are a "Child of the King," and the "Kingdom is yours." Let the "Truth of your Future" give you "dignity" in your "Present." You are "going Home."

What "wound" do I need the "Great Physician" to "heal" today?
